Trout Dale, Virginia, is a rural township located adjacent to the Jefferson National Forest. The air is fresh and the water is clean. The closest motels are in
Marion, Virginia, a 30-minute drive. Several rental units are available in Trout Dale, including two fully furnished mobile homes on the grounds of the clinic
itself. These are privately owned rental units provided for our patient's convenience. Reservations may be made through the clinic, (276) 677-3631. Payment of check
or cash is requested for housing.
The rental units listed below all have living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, satellite TV, and linens. Because patients with allergies stay
in these units, NO PETS are allowed. The costs listed below include taxes. Here are the choices:
The following two units are located on the clinic grounds only a few yards from the clinic:
- Mobile home (*wheelchair ramp available upon request) - 2 bedrooms, 1 full-sized bed, 1 twin bed, 1 bathroom
$52.50 per night
- Mobile home (*wheelchair ramp) - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, double beds, w/dishwasher in kitchen
$57.75 per night
* Please note: The above units have wheelchair ramps and have adequate space to maneuver a wheelchair. The units have regular bathrooms. A tub bench is
available upon request.
The following units are less than a mile from the clinic.
- Condominium-style apartment 3 bedrooms, king-size bed, 2-½ baths, dishwasher
$63 per night
- Condominium-style apartment 2 bedrooms, king-size bed, 1-½ bath, dishwasher
$57.75 per night
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING POLICY IN ALL UNITS
Campers and RV's may be parked at the clinic for $10 per night, including electricity and water. No sewer hook-up is available but there is a dump station 5
miles
away for those with holding tanks.
Motels are located in Marion, Virginia, (18 miles from the clinic).
